DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!! My refrigerator is not even a year old and the freezer went. It has been a nightmare with customer service! 9 service calls later they won™™t replace the fridge because it has been more than 7 days from purchase WHAT? It wasn™™t even in my house 7 days from purchase not to mention the ™supervisor™ said it can take time to notice a problem, so because a problem occurred 7 days after per Frigidaire policy it is not covered!! Makes no sense. I™™m now stuck with a brand new refrigerator that has no freezer. Frigidaire is offering NO assistance, customer service is useless and has lied to me countless times. I will definitely be filing a BBB complaint and sending a letter to corporate. DO BETTER!!

I love the space and organization capability of this refrigerator. I like the look and enjoy the boost mode designed for when I've been shopping and keeping door open filling it up. The main problem I have is that the digital temperature on the door does not match the internal temperature (I put a thermometer on various shelves). When I call I can't get through and I get an option to receive instructions on adjusting temperature. Everywhere I go on website, no luck. It is not a store delivery problem, so that is no help. So I adjust the refrigerator 8 degrees warmer than I want my refrigerator and all works well.

Refrigerator has great features and looks good too except for a molded plastic trim piece that has a molding defect. The defect is not readily apparent unless you happen to know what to look for.

I love this Frigidaire refrigerator. The lighting is beautiful and the capacity is ideal in both the refrigerator and the freezer. My only issue is with the freezer ... there is a space between the door and main section of the freezer which could have been put to better use like a shelf attached to the door.

Everything about this refrigerator is great, the space. The efficiency, the way keeps things cold, although the bottom freezer door makes a little bit of noise when you open and close it. Other then that I don't have no complaints.

Works great and plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. My wife wanted a bottom freezer. Our 16 year old Frigidaire was getting noisy. Only 2 complaints: the ice and water dispenser is a little confusing to learn. And the exterior steel finish is a lesser quality than our old one.

Constant humming, buzzing motor. Ice drops loudly. Freezer drawer clacks when opened. Plastic impossible to totally remove, leaving jagged edges by seals, handles, top, and bottom. Water dispenses too far out leaving drips on floor. Door handle is rough-sandpaper-like. Inside does look bright and nice, but the constant noise drove me nuts.

This fridge is overall a good fridge. There are a few things that need to be changed or updated on it. One of the worst things is that the plastic protecting the fridge is almost impossible to get off completely. The plastic goes under the gaskets so you have to use a razor blade to get it all off. Another thing is that the drawers ate designed poorly and theyl one tab on one of the drawers broke the first day making it so the front of the drawer now seperates from the rest of the drawer making it extremely hard to open the drawer

Change my Kenmore refrigerator after a really bad experience. Choose Fridgidare hoping for a better experience. Not so. First was the freezer with high temp warning. It was freezed. After cleanup and multiple resets now freezer is ok but refrigerator does the same and doesn't go below 57°.All this in less than two years.

I'm on my 3rd phone call to get someone to come and look at my refrigerator. Freezer doesn't freeze correctly. Each time i call ssn is under a different name and location. Im told it's expedited and someone should call me in 1-3 business days, Its been apprx 30 days since my first call to them with no return calls and no tech. All of my appliances were purchased within the last 8 months and are all Frigidaire..With this lack of service i will never buy Frigidaire again..
